Join us for our 2026 summer camps designed for connection, creativity, and inclusive play at BTP!

Our camps are intentionally different from traditional recreation programs. Inside our trusted environment, children experience adaptive, theme-based camp days that support social growth, imagination, and confidence-building through play.

About our camps:

Our camps offer a small-group, theme-based camp experience designed for children ages 3–8 inside our safe, inclusive play environment. Each camp day blends structured activities, creative play, and social connection, giving children the opportunity to explore, build friendships, and grow in confidence through play. At Better Together Playnasium, we believe camp should be more than just childcare. Our programs focus on relationship-building, adaptive play, and meaningful engagement so every child can participate in ways that feel comfortable and successful.

What a Camp Day Looks Like:

Each camp includes a mix of open play, themed games, creative crafts, sensory activities, and snack time, all guided by our experienced Playnasium staff. Camps are intentionally kept small to ensure children receive plenty of attention and support throughout the day. Our camps use an inclusive mixed-age model (ages 3–8) which encourages younger children to learn from older peers while giving older campers opportunities to build leadership, empathy, and confidence. Staff provide small-group support and adaptive activities so children of different ages and abilities can participate in ways that work best for them. Children do not need to be potty trained to attend. Our staff are happy to assist with restroom needs when necessary and we work closely with families to understand each child’s preferences and supports ahead of camp.

Our Inclusive Approach:

Better Together Playnasium welcomes children with a wide range of abilities and sensory needs. We work closely with families to gather helpful information about each camper so our team can prepare strategies that support regulation, safety, and participation.

*If your child attends programs with an aide or therapist, they are welcome to attend camp alongside your child with prior coordination*

BTP Summer Camp Staff:

Our camps are supervised by multiple Better Together Playnasium staff members, all of whom are CPR/First Aid certified. (Many team members with additional childcare/education experience) Camps are led by lead teachers and assistant teachers trained to provide:

✨ Enriched experiences through hands-on play and themed activities

✨ Meaningful social growth and peer connection

✨ Adaptive group experiences designed for a wide range of abilities

✨ Support for children of all abilities, including those with sensory and developmental needs

Children do not need to be potty trained to attend camp. We simply ask that you let us know in advance about your child’s needs so our staff can best support them throughout the day. (Additional waiver required for restroom assistance)

Camp Structure:

Camp activities are held in a classroom space for games, crafts, and snacks. Camps run alongside our regular open play hours, and campers will wear bright vests so staff can easily identify them in the play spaces during their open play time.
