What are your open play hours?

Our hours vary slightly week to week as we offer a variety of activities. Be sure to always check our calendar tab for the most up to date hours. 

Do you have an age limit?  

Recommended ages are 8 and under, however, we specialize in children of all abilities so we do not have an age limit and determine this “age” more by cognitive/physical abilities and not actual age.

What is the cost for adults?  

One free adult per paying child.  $5.00 per additional adult(s).

At what age do you start to charge children?  

We do not have a specific age that we start to charge. We use the honor system and leave that up to the individual as to when they feel their child is at an age that they are “getting something out of the play”. Typically this will be around the crawling/exploring age in the 9 month range.

Are reservations required?  

Reservations are not required for a typical open play day. Walk-ins are welcome. However, on busy days a resevation guarantees you will not be turned away due to capacity. Without a reservation, you are not guaranteed play time. There are times that we will require reservations for open play on certain holidays and school breaks and they will be clearly marked.

Do you require socks?  

Yes we require socks for both children and adults in our play spaces.  We do HIGHLY recommend anti slip socks as areas of hard surface flooring can get quite slippery.

What is your cleaning protocol? 

We spray down every toy and touchable surfaces with a disinfecting antistatic sprayer after every open play/event/party/class/etc.  We have a dirty toy bin for all items that have been “tasted” to keep away from others until thoroughly disinfected.  We deep clean (including flooring, etc) at the minimum weekly.

Do you offer memberships or discount packages?  

Yes we offer both a monthly membership and discount visit packages for our open plays. These can be purchased online or in person.

Do you offer gift cards?  

Yes you can purchase gift cards via our main page or under our CALENDAR/BOOKING tab.
